We are proud and excited to offer you and your students the opportunity to participate in the 2019 Upper Mohawk Valley Model United Nations (UMVMUN) conference. On this page you will find all that you need to register your school and arrive to the conference prepared. If you have any questions, please email us using our Contact Us page. If you have not done so yet, please read our Welcome Letter, which contains important information about our conference and the registration process.
Dates & Fees
Please record these dates as early as possible to make sure that your Model UN club does not miss out on anything that our conference has to offer. Forms for both conference registration and shirt orders can be found in the Important Documents section of this page. If you feel that your Model UN club, or any individuals within it, are unable to pay the conference fees listed below, please tell us about your situation via our Contact Us page and we will do our best to provide financial sponsorship.
*Shirts must be ordered through a club adviser. Only collective orders for an entire club will be accepted.
**A late fee of $5 per person will be charged for any person who is not registered in the Delegation List.
This year's conference is hosted by SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, New York on December 14, 2019.
Conference day registration begins at 8:15 am followed by Opening Ceremonies at 9:00 am. Registration and Opening Ceremonies will be held in Kunsela Hall. Please have your buses drop off and pick up your students at the top of the circle at the end of Seymour Avenue - directly in front of Kunsela Hall. See map below
